Inspired by war/FPS games and NWO-like conspiracy theories.
The emblem and flag of Global Actions of Deterrence, Intel and Undercover Strike, an international spec-ops force, from a TL where the Tiananmen protests in 1989 brought down the Chinese regime and global cooperation saw an all-time high after the collapse of the Eastern bloc.

Its main goal, for the better or the worse, is to maintain the power equilibrium of the world against insurgent militias, terrorist groups, cartels, rogue states, and actually anyone who doesn't want to be puppetized by the main powers, by any means neccesary.
